Theme:
All admitted cakes must portray the theme “Cakes Around the World”
Categories:
The cakes entered into the competition must fall under one of the following
categories
A: 1 Layered Cake decorated on the spot *
B: 3D Cake
C: Tiered Cake
D: Flower Arrangement
* Category “A” must be covered on arrival and the decorations are made and added on the spot.
Judging:
Judges are from the Baker & Patisserie world. The Judging panel will also
include well known International Guest.
The cakes entered into the competition will also be judged on the following aspects:
